Over 25 years of outdoor learning
This year marks the 28th anniversary of St. Luke’s outdoor education program. Each fall, our intermediate and middle level students embark on an annual outdoor school (ODS) adventure. This intentional opportunity to utilize the natural classroom is one of the most frequently cited “best experiences” of our students. Over a quarter-century of ODS tradition has resulted in a well-orchestrated program that combines elements of science, writing, faith, reflection, survival skills, fitness, and fellowship. Each level travels to a different camp and participates in a unique curriculum highlighting the themes of the St. Luke's pillars: scholarship, citizenship, and leadership.
