Welcome from the Office of Admissions

Choosing a school for the greatest gift God ever gave you, your son or daughter, is no easy task. Thankfully, it is a process you do not have to walk through alone. At St. Luke’s, we are committed to fostering a culture of encouragement with our students and our St. Luke's families. To this end, we will help you explore all that an independent school education can and should offer. Our classrooms are filled with caring faculty and staff who see their work not just as a job, but as a true calling. They feel that they are gifted with the opportunity every day to help your child grow to be the best person they can be, both inside and outside of the classroom.

St. Luke’s unique and tight-knit community allows students to flourish into people who are curious, creative, and ready to take on any new challenge set before them. By nurturing each student’s mind, body and spirit, St. Luke’s allows every child to develop holistically and fully. By living out the “St. Luke’s Way” in everything that they do, St. Luke’s students not only succeed while enrolled here, but are also fully prepared for a bright future as they leave the halls of our school. Our graduates enter high schools throughout San Antonio, well-prepared for the academic, social, and spiritual experiences that are to come.

I hope that you will spend some time exploring the St. Luke’s website as you gather information about our school. I also strongly encourage you to reach out and schedule a time to visit with me. The best way to find your son or daughter’s second home is to spend some time on our beautiful Alamo Heights campus, visiting classrooms and exploring the sights and sounds of St. Luke’s. Please reach out with any questions you may have. I look forward to meeting you and your family very soon!

Diversity & Equity

St. Luke’s welcomes diversity and respects differences in ethnic, cultural, and religious backgrounds; the languages we speak; our sexes, genders, and ages; the traditions we observe; the structures of our families; our financial and educational resources; and the special needs and gifts that we have. Welcoming people with diverse points of view and being sensitive to the interests and traditions of others emulates Christ-like principles of living and enhances the quality of the entire St. Luke’s experience.
