St. Luke's Shopping Day at Flynn O'Hara - New families register here!
A St. Luke's shopping day for all SLES families will be announced soon, along with the registration link. SLES families are welcome to stop by Flynn O'Hara on any day and time, but if you are new to SLES or your student will need to be fitted for new uniform pieces, we suggest you make an appointment on our designated day to shop!
2025-2026 Summer Reading Lists
Updates to existing supply lists will be made in early June. Supplies for PK3-4th grade will be provided by the school.
Early Childhood (EC) PK3-Kindergarten:
All supplies are provided for students in Early Childhood, including a school-issued backpack. Students will be able to pick up the backpacks in early August.
EC students will need a roll-up nap mat for rest/quiet time.
Lower School 1st-4th grades:
All supplies are provided for students in the Lower School. They will need their own backpack and water bottle.

St. Luke’s hosts Tiger Tracks, which is our version of a meet-the-teacher event, plus so much more! Tiger Tracks is held on Monday, August 11th.
At Tiger Tracks, you can:
- Pick up your student packet and t-shirt - The packet includes important information and documents
- Visit with Sage Dining Services - Learn more about school lunches
- Learn about After School Care & Enrichment - Registration is now open!
- Visit with the Health Center - Drop off medication and visit with the nurse about any forms or needs
- Learn from Parent Council - Discover all the ways to get involved!
- Visit the Classroom and meet your child’s teacher(s)
And much, much more!
The St. Luke's Directory is accessed through RenWeb Family Portal. New families will gain access to the Family Portal in June.
We have wonderful parents who are eager to welcome new families! Be on the lookout for welcome emails or texts from grade-level Class Captains, members of our Parent Council, and other St. Luke's Ambassadors.
Students in PK3-4th grade will have all school supplies provided for them. Students in Early Childhood (EC: PK3-Kindergarten) will also receive a school-issued backpack in early August.
Students in Middle School (5th-8th grade) will receive a supply list in June.
Our uniform provider, Flynn O'Hara, has a local store and can do a fitting for your child. They carry all of the required uniform pieces. An updated uniform guide will be released in early June.
We are so glad you want to volunteer! Our school is stronger through active and engaged parents. For different volunteer opportunities, contact our Parent Council Chairs and they will provide you with a variety of options.
Parents must get a new parent badge each year!
Parents can get an updated Parent Badge at Tiger Tracks on August 11th, at Parent Night, and at other events throughout the year.
The parent badge does not have 'swipe' capabilities. Parents wearing their parent badge should still enter through the Jones Lobby (main lobby) and check in at the front desk. The Parent Badge expedites the process. For morning chapel, parents with their Parent Badge can enter directly into the chapel.
In the Parent Portal, parents can view the all school calendar and subscribe to it on their phone. We will also have a booth set up at Tiger Tracks that shows parents how to load the calendar onto their phones.
All students need to have immunizations and permission-to-treat forms on file with the clinic. These should be uploaded into Magnus, our health portal, before August 1st. You will receive an email in June about uploading and updating student health forms.
All information in the Parent Portal must be up-to-date, including emergency contact information. Emails to parents are sent through this portal, so it is critical that email addresses are current.
