Davis Staedtler (2027)

Davis Staedtler was born and raised in the Texas Hill Country and has lived in San Antonio for 26 years. He and his wife, Kara, have two children who attend St. Luke’s Episcopal School. Davis received a BA in Communications at Texas State University and has spent 20 years building a professional career in Talent and Organizational Development.

He served on Apple, Inc.’s Global Talent Development team, worked as a Senior Learning and Development Strategist at Rackspace, and currently holds a role as a Business Support Analyst within Talent Development at USAA. He holds certifications in Coaching and Design. Across those roles, his focus has been on how people learn, grow, and perform inside large organizations.

Davis and Kara have been members of St. Luke’s Episcopal Church since 2022, where Davis serves on the Vestry and chairs the Renewal Works Committee. He is grateful for the opportunity to bring his professional background and his long-standing connection to this community to his role as Church-School Liaison.
