The purpose of the Parent Council shall be as follows:

* To promote the best interest of St. Luke’s Episcopal School and its pupils.
* To organize and coordinate functions and activities to benefit St. Luke’s.
* To raise money through planned activities for expenditures to benefit St. Luke’s Episcopal School, its pupils and faculty.
