4th Grade
Joan grew up in Ohio, but got to Texas as soon as she could having spent the last 14 years in Corpus Christi. She taught 4th and 5th grades with CCISD for 10 years before recently moving to San Antonio.
Her BA in Communication Arts from the University of Dayton, Dayton, OH, has helped her effectively communicate with her students, colleagues and parents. She received her Masters in Science in Education from TAMU-CC.
She loves teaching and is looking forward to an exciting year at St. Luke’s.
