Middle School Basketball Coach, 4th-8th Grade (boys/girls)
Coach Art’s exposure to basketball began at a very young age and has turned into a lifelong passion for the game. A native of Texas, he was born right here in San Antonio at BAMC, Ft. Sam Houston. He joined our athletics staff at the inception of the Chris Jones Middle School in 2001-2002 and brought with him 30+ years of coaching experience. During his 10 year tenure as head coach, Coach Art has guided our teams to 9 championships. He encourages and inspires the students to be the best young people they can be, both on and off the court!
